Hi everyone, I have changed the custom branding of my account while the account was without subscription. Now I bought the standard plan and it is impossible to change or remove the custom branding. Does anyone have an idea what to do?

I have made some templates with pre-fill fields for HR colleagues to fill in before sending an envelope. However, I also want to inlcude the approval/decline button for our HR manager in the template and signing order. However I can only add the buttons when I switch to the classic editor. But when I do so, all the pre-fill fields dissappear. It seems I cannot use the newest editor with pre-fill fields in combination with the approve/decline buttons. The only alternative I found is that the buttons can be added manually before sending an envelope.That makes the process more time consuming and prone to errors.Are there other solutions within e-signature and is this something that is easier to organize in CLM?

Hello, after I sent out the documents, one of the receivers told me that he didn’t receive it, after checking, I sent the envelope to the wrong email address… and another receiver already e-sign the document, how could I correct/revise the wrong email?

Completed envelop still shows in progress on all pages how do I fix this issue

I would like to send a document to two different people, either one of which can sign.  As far as I can tell, the Signing Groups feature will not work for this because the signers are not internal signers - they are clients.  It seems Singing Groups is only for internal signers.  I tried to set up a Signing Group (I am an administrator), but the only people it allowed me to add were internal people.  Is this correct or did I do something wrong?  Thanks,Teri

I have envelopes created through an integration with a legal management system that have the status "sent." With an administrator profile, can I view these envelopes or see who sent them? In the exported report, "multiples" appears.

Hi, I have a problem with EU qualified signature.after adding the document the system goes through all the steps but at the end it informs that:  We cannot use this certificateThe certificate was revoked.  my signature: Issuer: COPE SZAFIR - KwalifikowanySerial: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxExpires: 2027.03.10 so it is valid. I will add that previously everything worked properly. However, my signature expired and I made a new one. This new one in other systems works correctly only not in DOCUSIGN. Piotr. 

Hello All,Recently, I’ve come across a CoC of signed document with below information added. This was signed by another user within our Company. However, whenever I sign the document or anyone else signs the document, there is no such information added at CoC stating that this document is Part 11 or the signature account is Part 11 compliant. Is there a way to know how to add this information or where this is being manifested from?

I am the company contract administrator, and I need to be notified when every envelope is fully executed/completed within the company account. How do I set myself as a copy recipient by default? Is it possible?

Hi I am trying to send documents to multiple people via bulk upload, I have dont thi smany times; however, this time I need to send the documents , which include merged data fields, as. a view only document with no acknowledgment needed. When I try to change the role of the recipient it notifies me that the merged fields will be removed, which they are.  How do I bypass this and bulk send read only documents?    Thank you Sarah

Dear Community,n addition to the sender's name, our company and address and the sender's job title should be displayed in the sender email. So far you can only see the name and e-mail address. Is this possible and if so, where can I find the corresponding setting in the backend?Best regards,Katrin

I recently started a new job, where Docusign is used frequently and we have a corporate account. I created a Docusign account using my work email address, thinking the email domain would automatically get me into the company’s plan, but it didn’t; I just got a regular free account, with no access to edit (or even see) envelopes etc. Turns out I have to have an invitation to join under the company’s plan.I deleted the account I had created and our admin sent me the invitation. However, after waiting the two days for my old account to be deleted, I still can’t sign in with the invitation I received; Docusign thinks I want to reactivate the free account I had previously under this email address.Does anyone know how I can completely erase my old account in order to use the invitation from my company?Thanks in advance!

Greetings!Under protest, I subscribed to Docusign this morning at the behest of the French government agency INPI (portal e-procedures) in order to sign a form stating the cessation of my business. The help desk advised the use of Docusign. The signature from a previous attempt using the free trial was not accepted. Today. the form was duly signd by Docusign, but it was not accepted:“Your signature is not valid: The summary was signed using a foreign certificate from outside the EU, the certification authority of which is not one of those defined in the eIDAS trust lists. Hello Community,Signatories without a DocuSign account have forgotten an important prefix when signing for the very first time. So they added this prefix in front of their name the second time they signed the document. On the third document, they are again offered the first signature without the prefix and have to change it again. Why doesn't DocuSign save the last signature used?

A document was sent to my manager to sign, and I am a reviewer. How do I know if any of the documents in the envelope have been modified in any way since I viewed it?

I am setting up a document template that will be signed in person by a number of employees (with role titled Driver) under the supervision of a host. I would like to add dropdown fields and checkbox fields under the Driver role, for each to select a number of options as they sign, in person. However when I add these fields using the template editor and preview the document as the Driver role, the fields disappear from the document.If I change the Driver role to be a remote signer, the fields appear in the document, but not when done as ‘in-person’. Is this a known issue or limiation?For reference I am using the new editor, not the classic, as I wish to use the conditional elements feature with the dropdowns I am trying to add.

The signers of a document I need signed by 5 people have not received it. They contacted me because they hadn’t seen it. I sent it on February 28. I re-sent it two hours ago - they still have not received it. What is the problem and how can I get this fixed ASAP. Time is of the essence. Thank you.

We have several envelope templates with merged fields in the DocuSign email alert. For example, the subject line for the email alert is: Please Sign: {signer email address}. We use a PowerForm with each of these templates.We created the templates and PowerForms in 2022. In September 2024, I noticed that the merged fields were not appearing in the email subject when the template was initiated via PowerForm. I submitted a support ticket (case # ********) and after several weeks, this was their response:We have explored several workarounds to meet your needs, but unfortunately, the existing behavior of Docusign with power forms does not allow for the intended functionality. I would like to use a generic template then add a different page for each recipient I need to sign. Can this be done? 

I am looking for a contract that i thought we signed about 6 months ago and can’t find it. The company that initiated the contract sent it to me via docusign and I signed it. They have a paid docusign account and i have a free one if that matters. Could they have dleted it without me knowing it? is there any way to verify if they did that?
