Can't get the Blue banner when I save

Hello I would like to know what I need to do to get the blue banner.  from reading other posts it keeps mentioning Adobe.  Would I have to somehow turn off adobe to get the banner?

Sorry Jenny I cannot share screen shot for Confidentiality reasons. Basically when I save the document to send to insurer it does not add the Blue banner on the top. what I am trying to do is figure how to add the banner saying it is authentic

When you mention “Adobe” and “blue banner saying it is authentic”  I assume that you might be referring to this;

 

 

 

 

 

If yes, this is within Adobe, if you need to have this view. Download your document > on your Files > locate the document > Open with Adobe
