Phone number

Question

Dear All, I have tried to create a DocuSign account. However, for doing so a contact phone number was requested. The system did not accept the general phone number of our office. It seems that a mobile number is needed to which the system will send the verification code. I wanted to ask if there is an option to create an account without a mobile phone number. Thank you! Hi ​@Svetlana!Are you looking for to create a sandbox (demonstration) or productive account? If it’s a demo, you can try by accessinghttps://www.docusign.com/developers/sandbox.However, if you’re trying to create a prod account, I’m not sure if it’s possible, since Docusign would looking to increase the security checks. May you could try Docusign Sales team to check it.
