How can I reinstate a user who was accidentally removed?

In DocuSign, user profiles are never deleted. Instead, users can have their status set to either "active" or "closed." To bring a user back, you simply reactivate their profile and update their permissions as needed.

I hope you are doing well. If you remove or close the user and want to add again then you need to add new user to reactive the user.

Do you mean you closed an user account in accident?

You can simply change the filter to search for closed users.

Hello,

A DocuSign user is closed and removed on DAL and the user has already left. But the account needs to remain active so that the envelopes are correctly updated. The user is re added but the status remains on ‘Pending’. Any activation link cannot be revalidated through email since the person left. Will the envelopes still be updated if the status is on pending or is there any other way to change the status to active ?
