when we try to correct unsigned docusign envelopes, the following message comes up:

A Tab LocalePolicy is invalid.  A formula tab LocalePolicy does not match a numerical tab LocalePolicy from its formula. 

I read on your other message boards that this could be due product issue NDSESEND-6565. This error is caused by a problem with the new Number standard field.

Our solution right now is to void envelopes and resend them, so we are wasting valuable envelopes and losing money due to wsated envelopes.

There is no issue with our formulas and this error only occurs when we resend. Please assist in resolving this as soon as possible. we have 5 envelopes that need to be corrected pending this solution.

Since there is a possibility the known product issue NDSESEND-6565 is affecting your formula, my suggestion to you is open a Support case referencing the ticket ID NDSESEND-6565 in a support case, and the support team will provide you with updates on the ticket’s status as soon as they are available.

If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.
