Hello Guys, I received a job offer from Google. Though I entered the password they provided me, I am unable to log in due to my other account under the same email address. How can i fix the issue?

If you have multiple DocuSign accounts that reside on the same Docusign site  (e.g., NA1, NA2, EU) and they use the same email and password combination, you can use the switch account option to toggle between accounts.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If this option is not available, we recommend that you submit a support case so that our support team can help you access your account. Open a case in the Docusign Support Center
