If your envelope is not in the Completed Status, you can select it and use the Correct action. See the next figure:

Next, you can add a new recipient(s), put the Sign Here and other fields where you wish then complete the correction by clicking the botton right button to send such envelope. A corrected envelope is not a new envelope, it’s the same one. 

If the Envelope is completed then you will need to Forward the completed envelope, add the new recipient and send to be signed.

Hi, this is my scenario: If the Envelope is completed then you will need to Forward the completed envelope, add the new recipient and send to be signed. 

My question is if you forward it, will all of the other/previous signers also get a copy with the new signer? Thank you.

Forwarding a completed DocuSign envelope to add a new signer does not automatically send copies to all previous signers. Forwarding creates a new envelope with a copy of the original content. The original signers will not be notified or receive a copy of the forwarded envelope unless you specifically add them as recipients in the new envelope.
