can i reverse a voided envelope?

How do I rotate a document within DocuSign. It is correct in my desktop but when I upload it into DocuSign its upside down, Even if I rotate on the decktop to be upside down, it still loads upside down into DocuSign. Can I rotate it in DocuSign?

Has anyone seen, or know the solution, beyond removing security from our base document?

The new I-9 form is effective May 2020, We have a 2019 I-9 template in Docusign. Will the new one be available?

​I am new to Docusign and when I connect with my company email, I do not have a NEW ENVELOPE button or any NEW button in the blue bar at the top.  Not in Home or Manage.  Do I need special access?  Any help is great.

Our Customer have just implemented Azure Active Directory Integration. We help him to configure SSO and Automatic Provisioning for one account and it works properly. But yesterday the Customer opened 3 another account within an organisation. But we have no idea how to manage users account membership through the AAD. We have tried to do that by mapped AAD users extension attributes, but I am not sure if it is a good way. Are there any documentation about that? There is no word about it in DocuSign Administration Guide.

I am new to docusign. We need to be able to have a random truck driver (I don't know his name or email), walk in and sign our invoice on a tablet (mobile app). What is the best way to make that happen?

After creating a template, with a role specified and applying all the necessary tags to the document, I saved it. When reusing, I select bulk recepients inputed the CSV file, the bulk entries becomes a second recipient entry which requires me to tag again. I have quite a number of tags..  This is not how template should work right? it should allow me to use the current tags right?

I'm sending a doc to 300 clients, 1 email per family but need spouse to sign too. Any idea how to get a 2nd signature when using the bulk feature?

We have a template complete with check boxes. We need the person filling out the form to choose one box in order to complete the form. Currently, people can skip over the check boxes without selecting one. How do I make it required?

how do I edit a document that I already sent out for signatures?

I have created a custom field with three options, for a series of questions. However when the signee selects the first option, this option is populated against the other questions. I would like the signee to select a different option for each question.

I need to create an attributed calendar (date) field that must be automatically filled when the user fill in the "Effective date of Contract" attribute field and a "terms" field that contains ammounts o months duration (i.e 30, 60, 90 months...)I haven't found any way to acomplish this, I've tryed with Smart Rules or Workflows, but those features didn't calculate the final value (initial date + terms = final expiration daet) in real time ( when the user is manually fillin in the attributes values).
