How is it that a cloud based service has a limit on the size of documents? (25MB)

Not sure anyone in the Community could answer this DocuSign limitation. I would suggest creating a DocuSign case or contact your Account Manager. I imagine there are millions or billions of envelopes and most attachments are generally small but without limits people would quickly send very large documents consuming massive amounts of space.
