The new I-9 form is effective May 2020, We have a 2019 I-9 template in Docusign. Will the new one be available?

If you are asking whether DocuSign will post a new Template in the Template Library, I would have to refer you to create a DocuSign Support case to ask that question and find out the timeline. I have not seen any prior information or notification when they have updated or release new Templates into the Template Library.
