I need to edit email addresses on my contact list

You can edit any Contact that you are the Owner of, you cannot edit Shared Contacts (shared with you). To edit the Contacts in your DocuSign User account, go to the Profile Pic in the upper right after login, select My Preferences, then select Contacts from the left panel. From there locate the Contact by searching or scrolling and select edit next to the Contact. Edit the information and Save.

"My Preferences" is NOT in my dropdown. Now What?

Could you provide a screenshot of what you do see under the Profile Pic? I suppose it could be an option restricted by the Permission Profile or perhaps by the Account plan type but I do not see anything of that nature in my Admin Console. I would recommend first contacting your DocuSign Admin and then DocuSign Support.

After I wrote the above I found that the drop down at the initial opening page of Docusign does have "My Preferences" and have resolved the issue. Thank you!
