We have several clients whose IT security prevents Docusign emails from reaching them. They are either not technically adept, or not interested in telling their IT provider to whitelist Docusign. Is it possible for us to create a docusign envelope, and then send a link for that envelope from one of our company email addresses to our client?

I tried to ask customer support about this, received an answer for a different question. Hopefully this forum will be a better place to ask technical questions.

Yes, you can create a PowerForm in DocuSign - PowerForms | DocuSign

Thanks John,

We don’t seem to have PowerForms as an option on our templates page. Maybe this is why customer support was so unhelpful. Is this something that requires an account upgrade? We have the eSignature Real Estate plan.

Hello @Kempton Smith Ltd,

I hope you're doing well.

Yes, you may need to upgrade to at least a Business Pro plan for you to have access to Powerforms. 👉 E-Signature Plans and Pricing
