I have a recurring charge on my CC but it isn't listed in my account info billing section....

Hello,

I have a recurring charge for $121 on my CC but I do not see the bill in my account → Admin → Plan and billing. It says Freemium. I’ve also tried another login and it says the same.

I need to cancel this charge. Please advise. Thank you.

If that’s not you, we recommend checking with your company’s admin to get started.If you confirm you are the account administrator, please provide the necessary details via private message such as Account name, Account number, and email associated to your docusign account.
