Hello,

 

I have a recurring charge for $121 on my CC but I do not see the bill in my account → Admin → Plan and billing. It says Freemium. I’ve also tried another login and it says the same.

 

I need to cancel this charge. Please advise. Thank you.

We’re here to help where we can, but when it comes to billing or account changes, those requests need to come from a Docusign account administrator. If that’s not you, we recommend checking with your company’s admin to get started.

If you confirm you are the account administrator, please provide the necessary details via private message such as Account name, Account number, and email associated to your docusign account. Thank you.
