I work at a credit union and use docusign often. The text that we put in the docusign message is not easily seen by members when they receive a message from us with instructions for what to do in the document and how to access it.
Is there any way to increase the size and prominence of those messages?

The current email message size is hard-capped, and we currently do not have the option to customize this. We want to highlight that the "Welcome View" displays the same message from the email with better visibility.
However, we understand the potential benefits of the feature you are seeking and would like to encourage you to share more about how it would enhance your experience with our product. You can share this on our Ideas board: Submit a feature request, where we collect feedback and suggestions to guide future product improvements.
