We understand you're seeking clarification on envelope usage for your 2-user license with 200 total envelopes. Specifically, you would like to know if the 200 envelopes are a fixed annual allocation or reset monthly.
Based on your description, you are subscribed to an Annual plan. Our eSignature Standard and Business Pro annual plans include an Envelope allowance of up to 100 Envelopes per user per year. Your 200 envelopes are a consumable allowance for the entire annual billing period and do not reset monthly.
📌Heads up: If your Envelope usage exceeds your plan allowance, each Envelope used in excess is considered an “additional” Envelope that will be billed in a “Pay-As-You-Go” manner, where Docusign will charge a set, per-envelope fee. This ensures you can continue using your Docusign eSignature service without interruption to your business. To increase your subscription allowance, you can pre-purchase envelopes on the Plans & Billing page of your account. This allows you to plan ahead and save more as your business grows.
