Hi,

Previously as Admin I have had the option to select Shared Access from the Agreements tab, loggng in this morning that selection is no longer there. I was wondering who to fix this? See screen shot below.

The Shared access has been relocated to the right side of the screen, as shown in the attached screenshot. Kindly check that area to access the Shared Access feature.

Additionally, please confirm that you are logged into the correct account, especially if you have multiple accounts or free accounts under the same email address. Access to Shared Access can depend on which account you are currently using.
