Voided document

We have a document that was signed by all parties apart from our company (this was in error), we need this document as urgent and have been told that we can only make a copy, but all signers will have to sign again.  We cannot ask the other parties to sign again, as we are the onyl party to sign, surely this can be unvoided by the developers?  We over looked the signing and due to a timing issue docusign voided the document.  This is extremely urgent and we have been told that only the developers can assist? Has anyone has any experience of this before?

Please Cancel

I ddin't realize I was signing up for more than one month. Docusign didn't work for my purposes. Please cacel and refund this month. I may use again in the future for real estate but not for my current needs. Thank You, Melysa Cassidy

If one of many documents in an envelope is declined, does that cancel the whole envelope?

We are sending multiple documents in an envelope, each of which require approval signatures.  If a signer declines to sign one document, but approves the other ones, does that cancel the entire envelope?

Electronic record and signature disclosure

When sending out a request for signature, the first thing the customer sees is a checkbox where he accepts the electronic record and signature disclosure. Although it is stated in dutch (for my example) or in the customer's language, whenever he clicks on it, the agreement itself is in english. According to local Belgian laws this makes the whole signing of the agreement void.... Can't this also be in the langua of the viewer?

Can we use excel Vlookup function in DocuSign? I need to vlookup a combined value (city&street) with two thousand postal code - find the matching one.

I know there is formula field as per - https://support.docusign.com/guides/ndse-user-guide-calculated-fieldsBut i dont see Vlookup is mentioned

I can send to a single signatory. What about when there are TWO signatories with the SAME email address? Can they both sign? I thought they might each receive an email to the one address but they only received one and one signature appeared twice.

So, does the option for multiple parties to sign only work when they have separate email addresses? Or, is it possible for two parties (or more) to sign individually via the same email address. Since I added two recipients, used the same email address, and had this accepted by DocuSign I thought that it might send two emails to the same email address. The first one would be for the attention of Party 1, and the second email would for the attention of Party 2. This did not seem to work! Any ideas? Must multiple signatories have separate email addresses?

Is it possible to edit a completed document in another program (PDF Editor/Adobe Sign/etc.)

Some of our clients do not want to use DocuSign to complete their portion of documents, either due to preference or company policy (I'm not sure which). So when we send them the portion that has been completed in DocuSign, they open it in something like Adobe to complete their portion. However, they are unable to make changes to the document at all. Is this due to some DocuSign security setting? If so, can we turn it off? It's making it difficult to complete documents otherwise.

Receives a copy when signed.

Hi All, My questions feels silly but i cannot find an answer. I am sending a document for signing and i have added three people that should recieve a copy, BUT will they only get the copy once signed?I dont want them to get annoyed with constant emails of changes etc.

Do purged/deleted documents on DocuSign still retain signature validity when stored elsewhere (like our records retention system)?

We are trying to ensure our use of DocuSign is in compliance with our organization's records retention policy. Our concern is that our master record must be stored in our records retention system and that any duplicate copies are properly, and in a timely fashion, disposed of. If we download a copy of a competed envelope from DocuSign, and then purge it from our DocuSign account, will the version in our records still retain its validity (immutability and signer identity) from DocuSign? I can't seem to find any documentation that very clearly states this.

Is it possible to copy field placement in templates from one envelope to another?

We have a template for several different programs, but the templates are mostly the same except for a few fields (like program name, start date). All the other fields are the same. They have to be in separate envelopes because we only send one form to each signer, via a link from a PowerForm.If there is a solution, I'd be so grateful to not have to add the same fields to multiple templates over and over again.Thanks!
