When sending documents to multiple recipients for signatures do I need to add signature blocks to each individual signers document or can I just create one document that all signers need to sign individually?

If you are looking to send the same document to many recipients at the same time (and are looking for a more feasible way to do it),  you should consider using Bulk Sending.   

With Bulk Sending, you can use a .csv list of your recipients and upload that file during the envelope creation process. Once the list is uploaded, the rest of the envelope creation workflow will remain the same as sending out a single envelope for signing.

We recommend coupling the Bulk Send process with a template. You’ll be able to download the data from the template’s .csv file, which includes column headers specific to your roles and fields (if needed).

I agree with you 100% however, I am in a time crunch and need to get these docs out for signatures ASAP.

What you are suggesting needs to be addressed by someone else in my company who approves this as there is a cost associated with the upgrade.

An alternative can be to create a template and create a new envelope for each of the needed recipients. However, the Bulk Send feature would be less time-consuming. Depending on your plan type, this feature might already be enabled, in that case, please contact your account administrator.

If you are them, you can check this by going to Settings > Sending settings > "Enable bulk recipients". If this option is grayed out or even after enabling it, it still does not show, then you most likely would need to upgrade to a higher plan or contact customer service to confirm if it can be added to your already existing plan with an extra cost.
