I have a form that needs four signatures - two have signed, but the system says only one person has signed and is holding the form still waiting on the signature. In the completed signatures tab - both signatures are recoreded.

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.
Did the second signer select "Finish" Or did they just close the window? They need to select "Finish" so that the envelope can move on: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=yca1573855023892&topicId=lou1573854977109.html&_LANG=enus
