How do I check off a box on one of our forms?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching back.

Are you the sender of the envelope? If you are, you can drag and drop a checkbox field and send it out for signature (you being the recipient), when you go to sign, you can select the needed box and on the completed version of the form an X will show: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=ulp1643236876813&topicId=vds1578456270396.html&_LANG=enus

I don’t what you’re talking about. I just want a simple answer to this question. How do I check the box that is next to a question? Currently I have to bring the text box over put an X in it and then move onto the next one. I know there Hass to be something in here that shows how to get a check mark on an empty box.
