What is the best way to have another individual send an envelope via my account (so that it's their name/email on the correspondence? Do I achieve that via shared access? Or will my name/email still be on the envelope that goes out?

Are you using an integration of some sort?

If it is just DocuSign eSignature, then shared access would allow the user to create envelopes from your user (only if they are a user in your account as well), however, these would still be under your name.
