I have a customer who filled in the incorrect information in the section where they were to input their name and address. Is there a way to get them to correct it? Or do I need to void it and resend it?

If the envelope is already completed you will need to create and send a new one.

If the envelope is still open you could potentially use the Mark-up tool, please see Use document mark up to negotiate changes for reference.
