When I send a test document with two signers, and 1 signs, I don't receive a notification and I can't find the setting to get alerted upon a signature in Settings or My Preferences. What am I missing?

Are my esig envelope allowance and SMS delivery allowance separate? So if i only send esig envelopes via email my SMS deliveries don't decrease? And vice versa, if i send via SMS does my esignature allotment decrease?

When selecting a user as the person that needs to specify a signer, the user cannot see my merged fields. How can I fix that?

I have one document waiting for signature. At the homepage shows that this pending document exists, however when I enter into the waiting for others page, there is no document there. I need to find it.

If I choose to resend my documents to multiple recipients to act as a reminder for them to sign - am I using a new envelope for each recipient? Thanks

The ways to do this that I can think of are:Send 1 envelope to all 3, listing all 3 for signature. When the first person signs it, go back in and correct the remaining 2 to get copies only? (there is only one signature spot on the doc)Send each of the 3 recipients their own separate envelope.. Send 1 envelope to all 3, with no order selected.

My completed folders aren't sorting by most recently signed. I have to keep changing my filter to "Last 24 Hours" in order to see the clients that are signing today. There is a drop-down arrow next to "last change" that suggests I can click it to sort my envelopes, but it's not an active arrow. Please see attached screen shots. Is it possible my version is just locked by my company?

I am trying to send multiple documents to multiple recipients, how do I send to multiple recipients with out other people seeing all of the documents

We send DocuSigns from within NetSuite to our Customers for execution and cc our Sales Rep. All of our Sales Reps except one receives their DocuSign email. He has never received his copy.I have validated his email address in NetSuite and on the DocuSign envelope are correct. I have indications inside DocuSign that he was sent DocuSign envelopeI see the History indicates he was sent the DocuSign envelope - but never opened or viewed the envelopeI have validated we have not received a delivery failure in DocuSign (or NetSuite)I have looked at his Junk/Spam and the email is not there. Our IT team has validated there is no email from DocuSign "hung up" or blocked in our Gmail system. The recipient was not a DocuSign User. I added him as a User in DocuSign and granted him the DS Viewer role so he can "see" the progression of the DocuSign envelope and that did not solve anything. I have asked

I have been asked to limit a group of Docusign users from being able to sign on the company's behalf. Is there a permission that can be enabled to do this? Th users currently have the Sender permission in Docusign and Salesforce.Thank you!

We've just set up SSO and MFA (Duo) for account access to DocuSign Enterprise. It seems fine for our users that create envelopes. But today we have an internal user that is only trying to just get access to sign a document. And he is getting a message that he does not have access to Docusign, this message is apparently coming from Duo. Anyone have any thoughts? I'm trying to get screenshots or more information from the user on exactly what the message might be.Thanks

Hi everyone!I would like to have a radio button in my contract template with which I or an employee who sends the contracts to be signed for me (not the recipient) can choose a text option BEFORE sending the contract to the recipient. And most important: I would need the other (not chosen)options not to be visible for the future employee. Is that possible? Love to hear your ideas. Thanks, philipp

I have a customer that needs to sign a docusign doc. i have tried to resend it to to them via docusign but said, customer says they aren't getting the email . I was wondering if it was possible to turn that envelope into a link and then sending it directly from my own email address. Something similar to a powerform but can only be used for that one particular envelope and it only opens the in progress envelope.

I have a contract where the first person has signed and I have a delay of one day for the second signatory to sign. I am now been told to have it sent earlier than then the scheduled time. Is there a function that can be applied to change this time?

when viewing the "completed" tab the list is not sorted by most recently completed. Is there a way to change this? There is a little downward pointing triangle to the right of the "last change" column but it doesn't respond to being clicked.

How do I see if a document for signature has been opened or viewed, but not signed yet?

Is there a way to send a document to a group of people but only one needs (first available person) needs to sign? For example, I need a veterinarian signature on something. We have multiple veterinarians and only one needs to sign, whoever can first.

1st: Signature order: I'm looking for a way where documents MUST be signed in a " 1st page to Last Page" order. The signor can NOT skip around when signing documents.2nd: Visibility: This is where a customer signs (say) the first page of an envelope and then a question come up "Do you wish to proceed?" Then page 2 is visible and the customer can continue to sign.Both the 1 and 2 details have to documented in the envelope history!

Previously the completed section listed all my completed envelopes by the "last change date" so the last completed/signed document was at the top of the list. Now all of sudden they seem to be listed in the order they were created/sent instead. I haven't changed anything nor can I see a way to revert back to the old sorting. Is this just how DocuSign is from now on as the previous way made much more sense?!
