We have created a group for the same what we want is after selecting any one option the required field must go away so that it would not navigate to all other radio/checkboxes in the group.Here the is even after selecting one radio/checkbox it navigates to all other radios/checkboxes in the same group A document is attached with screenshots for better explanation. Hello Team,Need your immediate support for Delegate signing, We want to delegate our CEO documents to another User.As I understood from the Knowledge base that this needs to be enabled in the CEO account by accessing My Preference -> under signing setting -> Create delegate signing.But as an admin, I want to do that for our CEO from my admin account, we cannot access CEO's account since he is traveling.Kindly guide me on how to do this from the admin account at the earliest?Thank you

I am attempting to allow a form to have fields that allow for collaboration. I also have enabled the option that "Changes Require Initials".The current signer in the routing order initials the fields that they changed; however, the issue is when it goes back to the first person in the routing order and no email is sent out.I checked the envelope's history but the last item in the history is the person who made the changes and the fact they signed.One additional thing I'd like to mention is that the first person in the routing order is an embeded signer. I'm not sure if that affects this issue or not.

We have some shared mailboxes that are senders but folks want to see the status of the PowerForms they are filling out without having to check in with said owner all the time.

I have a candidate who cannot open his envelope to sign the documents we sent to him. He gets an error message that reads, "Unable to start signing process (Please try again later)". He tried signing them on a computer, on a smart phone, clearing his cache, running updates, using different browsers, and I have sent him multiple envelopes - I have never seen this error before. When I set this up using In person signer, the first one can sign in my presence as a host, but the second one cannot directly sign on the document.The signature process finish and close the enveloppe.I need to go back in Manage section, reopen the enveloppe to proceed the second signature.Do you have any clue to make both signatrues at the same time in the same session?Thank you!

The recipient is not receiving the e-mail notification for signing due to a firewall. Is it possible for me to send a link to the envelope via my own e-mail so that the recipient can access the envelope that way? Where do I find that link? Thank you!

How do I continue to sign a document without starting over?

Am I correct in saying that once you assign a signature delegate, all new envelopes will be routed accordingly. Any envelopes currently in the primary user&#39;s queue prior to assigning a delegate will not show up for the delegate.

How to revise a figure in a document
