Is there a way to change the date field so that it shows just the day, month, or year, and also a time signed field without the signor actually having to type in the fields?

For example, I have statement that reads "Accepted by all parties at _________ (am/pm) this ________ day of ________, 20____", where the time signed goes in the first field, and the rest should be something like '25th', 'August', and '23'.

Thanks!

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

I apologize for the inconvenience, I understand that you want to change the format of the date field.

Currently, there is no option to achieve this, you will need to set up the envelope to have the date manually input in a text field or create custom Dropdowns, the only format option is located in the Signing Settings in the Setting tab, in the Document Date and Time Format submenu.
