How to fill in a signature block (name/title) when signing?

I am sending out a PDF with some fillable fields, including the name and title of the person signing. How can I request an esignature and let the recipient fill in their name/title when they are signing?

I sent an envelope to about 20 signees

I sent an envelope for eSignature to 20 people, only two didn't sign up and my envelope got void, is there a way to unvoid it or have the document with all the other signatures, and just add the last two?

Is it possible to reopen a voided envelope?

The envelope has expired, that's why was voided, but one recipient is still missing a signature, the others have already signed. So, to avoid sending another envelope and asking for signatures again, I wonder if it is possible to reopen the voided envelope.Thank you in advance!

Is it possible to disable autogenerated type-written name signature on envelope receiver end, and make Draw/Upload option a default?

Hello, I am operating in a weird jurisdiction that partially accept digital signature, only if the digital signature looks the same as the person's signature in their passport/IDs. However, the current DocuSign default setting for signee signature is an autogenerated signature that looks like the typed version of their name. This results in us having to re-send signing invitations so people can correct their signature, which is highly inefficient, especially when signees are unfamiliar with DocuSign features.Is it possible to disable this 'default' and as an exchange, making 'Draw' or 'Upload' the default? Thank you

Signer is on holiday, someone else needs to sign in their absence

AfternoonBit of an urgent one. A sender of an envelope is on holiday without access to DocuSign. They are also the final signer of an envelope. The documents have all been signed by all parties and waiting on the sender to complete.What's the best way to allow someone else on the same account to sign in their absence?Can administrator correct the envelope and change the signer?Can admin transfer the envelope to another user and does that change the signer?Many thanks.

I have put in a lot of work and now I have to save it down and send them later when the client is ready to sign. When I tried to Save & Close, it won't allow me. The error message says "Envelope is not locked" how can I save my work?

Is there a way to allow a planned signatory to redirect the request to another party?

Think of it as a recipient 'Correct', where they can override and redirect their signature request to someone else.

Does DocuSign QES comply with European Commission requirements?

I've been asked to look at using QES in our environment because the European Commission are soon going to mandate QES for their documents. Does anyone know if DocuSign's QES solution is compliant with European Commission requirements? I've searched for ages online and looked at various pages on the DS website, and the closest I have found to anything definitive is this: DocuSign’s standards-based signatures portfolio offers a range of methods to verify signer identities of signatories and is independently certified against European Commission-recommended technology standards....which I think is too vague to present to users who want something more definitive as it doesn't specifically mention QES.Thank you.

Initiate Template Matching from Template Page

I am new to DocuSign and didn't find this brought up in previous discussions. It seems that all of the instructions on how to use template matching is to start a new envelope. Is there a way to initiate template matching when creating a new template? All I want to do is update the text and layout of an existing template by uploading a new version of the original document the existing template is based off of. I see in the template list I can "Include" each template in matching, but nothing happens when I upload the new version of the existing template document, it just creates a new template and no visible way to merge the two.Thanks

Can I use Bulk Send (or another process) to send the same envelope to 300 different signers?

 I see where the Bulk Send option will send the same template as 300 individual envelopes, but that gives us 300 copies of the same document with one signature per document. We need only one document with 300 different signatures.

Making Template Fields Optional or Required

I'm creating my first template (to use in the Apply Template feature) and I'm not seeing a way to make the fields Optional, like you can in a regular envelope. There are some fields that will be optional (checking any boxes that apply), and others that I need required before they can complete the envelope. Anyone know how I can designate the fields when creating a template?
