Hello,

 

I’d like to delete my free account along with any information relating to me. The communities pages has directed me to several similar questions and responses but the links are no longer active. I get a 404 Error.

To cancel your DocuSign subscription or close your account, follow these steps: 1. Log into your DocuSign account as an Administrator. 2. Go to Settings in the top navigation bar. 3. Click on Plan and Billing under ACCOUNT.
