Grant Envelope Access to non affiliated DocuSign Users

Is it possible to allow multiple DocuSign accounts access to an envelope via the API? We want to send an envelope and also allow a DocuSign user from a different company to manage the envelope. We will be creating and paying for the envelope but have other companies that want to use embedded signing and make changes to the envelope through DocuSign's API. We do not want to give the other company/DocuSign user's access to our entire account, just specific envelopes. Ideally, we could pass in DocuSign account/user ID's with the API request so they have access. Thank you

Is there a way to confirm docusign that is signed by the signer/

I want to be able to confirm and review the text written on a docusign before it being officially signed by myself.A signer can write whatever they would like in the open text box then sign it, I want to be able to have them write in th text box, sign it, then submit it back to us for review.My signature is already on the docusign template document fyi.

I initiate several documents each month that are signed by the same parties. Can I save their name, title, company name, etc., for future use, so they don't have to type it in each time, but rather can just sign and date the document?

Many of my signatories are signing on the fly when traveling. Having to key titles, names, etc. each time from a phone is a pain. Can you save or pre-populate that information so the don't have to fill in the blanks each time?

Routing to various recipients

I have a template for four signers. Signer 1, Signer 2 and Signer 4 are known. However, Signer #2 needs to provide the email address to Signer #3 based on how Signer 1 completes the form. Since there is no routing logic available, what is the best way to handle?Example: Signer #1 (student) submits form to Signer #2 (instructor). After reviewing signer #1 (student) answer, signer 2 (instructor) will decide who should be signer #3 (department chair). The student (signer 1) would not know this information. Signer #4 will be coded into the template as it's the final stop for all forms.

Option for same person but different roles in DocuSign Powerforms?

Background Info:I have a DocuSign PowerForm embedded on my application through a button. When a customer clicks the button they get redirected to a Powerform where all their information gets pre-filled from the application so they can just sign and enter sensitive information. I am passing parameters to the powerForm, just fyi.Issue:However, I have encountered an issue.In many instances the person filling out the application also has a different role that also requires a signature on the form. For example,A customer fills out our application, then when they go to the PowerForm Signer Information page to fill out every other Role's info (e.g. Name, Email) they happen to not only be the Applicant but also the Accountant. Mind you my roles are:Signer #1: ApplicantSigner #2: Accountant 1Signer #3: Accountant 2Signer #4: Accountant 3Now because each role has a designated signature field on the form they have to fill out their information on two different slots(e.g. Applicant & Accou

How to ensure that all required documents are signed by all?

If we need to have more than 100 people sign several required and several optional documents through one link, what mechanisms we have to ensure that required documents are signed? Can we disable "Finish" button if a required signature is missing? Or can we at least notify the signer that he missed a signature? We will automatically see on our side if that happened? Any other method?Thanks

Extend a document prior to expiration

Is there a way for the sender to receive a notification a day or so in advance of when an envelope will expire so I can go out and extend the date?  It's very difficult to monitor where signers are at and it's much easier to extend than to recreate after an agreement has been voided.

Automatic population of Anchor Tags

Hi, I've recently created some custom anchor tags which represent our company's most used tags. However, when uploading a document with anchor text, the tags do not automatically prepopulate, rather I have to drag them on to the document.  I was wondering if there is a way for the tags to recognize the anchor text and  'add themselves' once the document is uploaded?
