Hi everyone.  I am curious how long it takes your teams to implement new esignature use cases?  How big are you teams that support your docusign integrations?

This time can vary greatly, from 2 hours (with a simple call with the Onboarding team) to months of development, testing and deployments. This depends on many factors, such as: number of teams involved, complexity of implementation, if requires development, whether it’s a known use case or whether it will be something completely new, your type of account plan and, types of services purchased with DocuSign.

Depending on the use case and what was purchased, you’ll have a Project Manager to support you exactly in this type of question, and can even predict the size of the effort and time needed.

To help you a little more with your question, I’d like to share two documents with you:
- Creating a Use Case Intake Process - this document is a guide explaining step by step the activities required for a Use Case, as well as ways of prioritizing and what is needed to start this process. Here it even details the strength and time required.
