In our ReactJS application, we are using the react-pdf library to render PDF documents. As part of our e-signature process, we position signature and date tabs on PDF files using specified X and Y coordinates.However, we’ve observed a slight deviation of a few pixels in the placement of these tabs, which is affecting the accuracy of the signature positioning. We would appreciate your assistance in investigating this issue to ensure precise alignment of the signature elements.Any thoughts how to correct this?

Hi,I'm using the C# Quickstart project for embedded signing with the focused view, and I'm running into an issue when using agent recipients.Goal:The sessionEnd event should trigger when the agent completes their part of the signing session.What's Working: Embedded signing is working for both agent and signer. The ready event is triggered properly. The sessionEnd event does trigger correctly for signer recipients. Issue:The issue occurs only for agent recipients. After clicking the Done button on the completion popup, the iframe shows an error message. At this point, the sessionEnd event is not fired.This behavior happens consistently when the embedded recipient is an agent. Signer recipients work as expected.The iframe says:This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue.And in the browser console:Refused to frame 'https://localhost:44333/' because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-src 'self' https://docucdn-a.akamaihd.net/ https:

I was using  https://account-d.docusign.com/oauth/token earlier and it was working fine. But now it stopped working. Getting the error  {   "error": "invalid_grant",   "error_description": "unauthorized_client" } . Can you please check and letm e know what could be the issue ?   

I created a developer account from South Korea. However, about 10 to 15 minutes after logging in, I was forcibly logged out. When attempting to log in again, I received an error message saying the password is incorrect.Although I received the password reset email, the content says:"We received a request to reset the DocuSign password for this email, but no account exists. Hi,We have a free developer account which we have used to test our application’s DocuSign integration. We have two integrations (Implicit grant and a JWT grant) which both have passed go-live. We have a customer which is slated to use our application with the DocuSign integration enabled.What is the proccess for onboarding a customer in this scenario? Do I have to promote our integration keys into their production environment? We tried to connect the integrations to them via the “Select Go-Live Account” action in our dashboard, but when they entered their production credentials (which is an admin user in the production environment) they got an error.

Hello everyone,I have created a simple Web Form with only two fields, FirstName and LastName, using my DocuSign developer account. I've activated the form link and submitted data multiple times, including some submissions in Incognito mode with different names. However, when I send a GET request to retrieve all instances via the following API route:/api/webforms/v1.1/accounts/{accountId}/forms/{formId}/instancesI receive an empty list ([]).{ "items": []}I’m unable to find any of the submitted form data.Could anyone explain why this is happening? Is it expected that form submissions don't appear in the developer environment, or should I be able to retrieve submitted data even in dev mode? Or perhaps are there restrictions on the Web Forms API in the developer environment that only allow access in production mode?For context, I am using JWT Grant for authentication and have admin access to my developer account. Action: I navigate to "Users" and select a specific user. I then proceed to make changes to that user's profile settings (e.g., company or job title) and save the changes. Expected Behavior: Subsequently, when I make an API call to the Get Users endpoint (e.g., /restapi/v2.1/accounts/{accountId}/users) to retrieve the details of the modified user, I expect the userProfileLastModifiedDate field in the API response to reflect the recent changes made through the Admin UI. Actual Behavior: The userProfileLastModifiedDate value for the modified user remains unchanged, showing an older timestamp, even though the changes made via the Admin UI are correctly applied and visible

We are seeing a new issue with our workflow to manage templates via the API* where the font is changing from Arial to Lucida Console in the final template (the workflow is basically copying a template from the demo environment to the production environment).Per the May release notes, the default font is changing *to* Arial and Lucida Console will no longer be supported. Given that it’s still May and not all announced changes will be deployed by the time the notes are published I wouldn’t normally ask, but these release notes also have “This publication applies to the Demo and Production releases for May 2025 version 25.1.02.00. All datacenters have been deployed for this Production release.” So given that, can I assume that this change *is* live? And that if we’re not specifying the font for a template and/or it’s not recognized, the default *should* be Arial at this point?*This integration is still using API v2.0, upgrading this is a work in progress.
