Hello, I have used this code to send document via docuSign. What i am not getting email on signer email which i have added. Please sugeest any solution. I am new to DocuSign’s eSignature REST API. I am using postman to connect with DocuSign Rest API. I followed the step mentioned in the below link and connected with DocuSign demo account. Postman collections | DocuSignAs mentioned in the above link , I got the access token and I could able to get my using information from DocuSign but When I try to create an envelope or do any API calls with DocuSign I am getting 401 unauthorized error response. Could any one please help me to understand what I am doing wrong here. Please find below error screenshot.

I am hoping someone will be able to help with this!For my understanding are Tabs and Custom Document Fields the same? Is it possible to create Custom Document Fields via the API?Is it possible to place them on the Document before it is sent to Docusign?Is it possible to retrieve the populated Custom Document Field Values that have been filled out by the client via the API?Regards,Kyle

Hi,I am creating an envelope with the eSignature API and this includes witnesses.  I am added signature and text tabs to the witness recipients.  The signer is adding the witness name and email when signing, and then the witness will enter their address when signing.   I want the Witness name and address to appear where the text tabs are in the document when they enter their details or sign.  However this is not working.  I’m assuming becuase I havent at any point associated the tabs with this data.  Is there are way of doing this at the point of envelope creation?  I am trying to reduce the amount of admin work done by my team before they send the envelope. Thanks 

If I have a template that I am sending via API.  My template includes two recipients to sign in parallel. I am sending an original and two reminders if document is not signed before envelope expires.How do I check the status for each envelope (recipient) that was sent? Is the status for each envelop or for each email including reminders?Thank you.

Does DocuSign offer a Sandbox that stays in synch with a Production account ? If yes, where to find that information?  

I have scenario and I need to automate the process. Assume I have an envelope named checklist and has three signer with the signing order 1,2,3. Each time when the signer is signed I need to download the document in my local machine. For example if signer 1 is signed the document from the checklist envelop should be saved in my local as checklist_v1 and if signer 2 is signed the document from the checklist envelop should be saved in my local as checklist_v1 and so on. I tried the flow with Power automate, we can only download the document only the entire envelope is completed. In this case all 3 signer has to sign then only we can get the document. Is there option that we can get it for each signer in power automate? I am also happy to use DocuSign Signature Rest API to automate this process. Thanks,Nirmal.  

If we are creating an new envelope manually by adding documents we will enable the frequency of reminders using advanced options in DocuSign and send the envelope to the recipient. The below image shows how to enable the frequency of reminders for the envelope.Is there any way can we automate the process using power automate or DocuSign Signature Rest API call?The flow should be:Create an envelope Add the Documents Add all the recipients Enable the frequency of reminders for 7 days. Send to the recipientsNote: I don't want to create a template or use the existing template from DocuSign. For every envelope it should be new documents added. Thanks,Nirmal.  

ListStatusChanges is returning only 1000 envelopes result set as of 2/9/2024.  I'm trying to set the Count and Start_position, but so far only getting 1000 envelopes.  This has been working for over 2 years.  Has something changed?  Is setting the count and start_position a new work-around?  Thanks.

We are a Public School District that receive a ton of PSLF forms that require an electronic signature, I always print the completed form for the employee file when I am done.  I cannot seem to do this within Docusign,  I get no option to “print” now.  I used to get an email of the competed form but now I do not.  How can I remedy this issue???

hi,I am trying to send envelope from a template with dynamically populating fields in template document through rest API in PHP but I face a problem. I add a recipient in a template of an envelope and also I provide other recipient information in "templateRoles" in the request from the API and also I add "tabLabel" and "value" for the custom tab fields. Now after sending envelope when I check document which is to be signed in the email of both recipients then i found that recipients that added in the template from my docusign web account got the document with only basic fields (name, email, date signed and sign) and custom field values to be empty text box (no value) and when I check for the recipient that I provide through api got document with basic fields values in left sidebar which has to be manually placed in document and no custom field in sidebar and no custom field values means nothing is populate on documnet only basic fields values set in left s

HIWe have built out and tested an app integration in the dev docusign environment  and are looking to move it into production. Is there a go live process or workflow required by docusign for new apps that doesn’t exist in dev? Or is launching a new app in production the same as in dev?thanks

Hi all, I had a quick look through the forum and I couldn't really find an answer for this, so apologies if it's already been addressed..We are developing our B2C platform and wish to integrate with Docusign to allow two users on the platform interact and sign a contract. Our platform manages its own user base (JWT authentication), and we would like to integrate into Docusign to post and sign documents.The challenge that I have is, from what I can see we need to create a user on Docusign for each user within our platform, meaning they would need to sign up and create an account, please note our users are customers do not have an internal email address within our domain, so any sort of SSO isn't really an option for us.Possibly I'm looking at this wrong or Docusign simply doesn't support our approach but any insight would be appreciated.  Thanks

Hello all,My organization is currently trying to integrate DocuSign with the Drupal website that uses FillPDF extension to fill PDF documents.The idea is that the PDF document is filled in by FillPDF (complete), then it sends the filled PDF to DocuSign (where we have already created a template and were able to sign it manually), which, in turn, opens the document and allows the user to sign it. Then, this document is returned to Drupal website and stored locally under a specific name. We have already tried to install DocuSign Signature module to our Drupal website but all it does is provide generic examples.Any help would be appreciated.Thank you.

Various places in the web GUI and the API libraries reference User IDs, API Account IDs, and Account IDs. What is the difference between these three? What is each used for?Also, if I'm logged into my Docusign account (and it's not a developer account), how do I find these three IDs?

We have a lot of phishing mails pretending to be from docusign. We have had an awereness training for the users, but it should be really awesome if we could let docusign sign the e-mails with a certificate so that the users are sure that it is from our company. Is this possible or on a roadmap?
