Mulitple GUID for one app

Hi,
I have 1 app which is created by a user whom left the organisation and now the problem I’m facing is the app doesn’t work with my GUID (User Id) it’s asking for old GUID (user id) who created the app.


Is there any way we can manage this situation. shift the app to mine guid?
