Template fields in API

I have a template that I would like to pass data into before sending for signature. i see some fields in the template now but can’t update them. I would also like to add new fields. I’ve looked everywhere but can’t figure out how to do that. Can someone point me in the right direction?I am using laravel php, and have built a service to the template in an envelop as well as a webhook that is updated when the document is signed, so I know I am close. I would say I was tearing my hair out about this but I am bald.

Error: Access token with Authorization Code Grant

I’m trying to get the access token.URI: https://account-d.docusign.com/oauth/tokenheaderAuthorization: base64 encoded of integration and secret.bodygrant_type: authorization_codecode: Code from the auth response. But I got the reply {    "error": "invalid_grant",    "error_description": "unsupported_grant_type"} Any idea what I’ve done wrong?

Unrecognized base64 character

Security setting to disallow saving notification email as MSG

I have an Outlook add-in that saves an email from a mail folder to a .MSG file and moves it to a case management system.  Some messages are not exporting. One common factor is DocuSign.  I’ve tested this successfully with my own DocuSign notifications (as a recipient). I’m wondering if DocuSign has a security setting that might be blocking the saving of the email as MSG.Is anyone aware of such a setting within DocuSign?

Trouble with Send with DocuSign Apex action with Salesforce Flow

We have a record triggered flow that no user will be involved in. A web form will be coming in from our website and trigger the flow and if it meets certain criteria we want a DocuSign envelope to be sent to the two email addresses we have gathered in the process.  Again, we will not have a user clicking a button or interacting with the template/envelope at all.When I test my flow, I get no errors but I also cannot find the DocuSign envelope that was created. We are using the standard ‘Send with DocuSign’ apex action within the flow. Is there a way to troubleshoot the standard apex action?

Unable to populate data on Docusign Template using docusign envelope action element in Omniscript

We have created Docusign template in Docusign Developer account and fetched this template in Salesforce Org via Omnistudio docusign setup. The latest template was fetched in Salesforce org, we have invoked this template for e-signature in Omniscript Using Docusign envelope action element and have also invoked the respective data raptor transform which should ideally dynamically populate the data in Docusign Template when the data label is same as data raptor Transform Docusign Output field. Currently the values from DR Transform are not populated though DR transform is returning the required data.

Sandbox testing

Hi,I have recently signed up to the sandbox version of Docusign as I want to get up to speed with some of the functionality. A colleague of mine is also using the sandbox version as we would like to collaborate on some of tests. Unfortunately, despite numerous attempts to collaborate in the sandbox version e.g. add each other as contacts/users/send emails/share templates, we have not been able to do so. I would like to understand whether the sandbox version of Docusign allows colleagues to collaborate on it? If so, what steps do we need to take to ensure we’re both using / viewing the same version (as none of our attempts so far have worked)? Please note: we already have a Docusign account for our organisation (which we prefer not to run numerous tests on), hence the sandbox version is to try out different tests outside of the account. Thank you,Emma

Create envelop using selected documents from a template

I'm curious to find out if it's feasible to achieve a specific requirement.Let's say I have a template containing 30 documents. Now, when creating an envelope via API, I'm interested in sending only selected documents for the e-signature process. I'm looking for a solution that doesn't involve creating separate templates for each of the 30 documents, as that would be cumbersome. How to switch the account envelops are created under?

Hi,I have successfully setup our app integration in the demo environment using my developer account.I am using JWT Grant authentication with the app using my developer account for impersonation.After testing the app using my account (created envelops, got emails for sigs, etc.), I then created another developer account for our Compliance Manager as ultimately the app and all the created envelopes should be under her account.I successfully revoked my authorization grant of the app and use her account to re-grant authentication to it and also switched the impersonation user ID in the App from my ID to hers. It is her User ID that is now used to obtain the access token in the App. The app does show up under her developer account now.The app is successfully creating envelops and the emails correctly show her name as the sender.However, all the envelops that are been created by the App using her account for impersonation still show up under my account (under the Manage tab). Get other users pending envelopes

Can I make a REST call to check the count of pending envelopes for any particular user?What I want to achieve: I have to get list of all pending envelopes for any user who is belongs to my organization or that user is a part of my account. Envelopes can be send by any senderActually, GET https://demo.docusign.net/restapi/v2.1/accounts/{{accountid}}/folders/ this call is returning me the folder id of my folder, but I want to check for other users folder.for example: I am the admin, and I have 5 users in the dousign, I have my account ID from which I can request folder ID by using (GET https://demo.docusign.net/restapi/v2.1/accounts/{{accountid}}/folders/) method. Need to integrate docusign in Angular and Asp.Net Web Application.

I’m working on an application development, in that we would like to implement agreement signature using DocuSign. We have a PDF agreement that will be uploaded in the application and it will be vary by users. This PDF has to be signed by 2 parties, we would like to implement with in the application. As per the existing examples are sending an email to the signer to sign the PDF electronically. But in my case the signature to be accepted via our application. Once both parties are signed the completed PDF will be downloaded from our application.Kindly anyone suggest how can I use DocuSign to implement this feature. Thanks in advance.

Issue with Docusign event parsing since the 22nd of March

Hey All, just looking to see if anyone else has had a similar issue which started happening today 22nd of March. Basically events received from DocuSign regarding envelope updates are no longer possible to Parse with .Net 8. SMS Event Subscription in Envelope Definition

This question is primarily based on using the DocuSign C# SDK.However, pure restapi based answers would be fine as well. I am implementing SMS as an additional delivery option via the SDK. Currently using the Envelope EventNotification property to setup callback/webhooks on a per-envelope basis. The process is working fine and I see where we can subscribe to Recipient events and Envelope events, but I’m not finding a method of capturing the SMS Events. It would be great if we could capture the sms-opt-in and sms-opt-out events as part of the per-envelope webhook/envelope definition. Is there any way to do this, or am I stuck with defining a Connect instance?I was hoping to define a per-envelope handler as it’s trivial to configure the callback url to contain various systems data needed to efficiently process the events without abusing the envelope custom fields, envelope attachments, or persisting a separate data store keyed off of the DocuSign envelope ID?
