In recent past, we have observed that, due to down time of DocuSign, multiple agreements/envelops are not processed to next state even after signer has signed it. When we dig down it, we found that, events are not received from DocuSign due to down time.

Do we have any API where it indicates the upcoming maintenance information or down time? So that we can act accordingly.
