Problem with custom fields.

Hello,

I am sending envelopes using templates via Rest API and filling in the information of custom fields when creating the draft. This information is correctly appearing in the reports, but when the user accesses the envelope through the browser, these fields simply do not appear. How do I make them also appear in the interface for users to be able to edit?

Note that most of the custom fields are "Disappeared" from the envelope view. I need you to show up for editing.

Hi @Gustavo de Oliveira the envelope custom fields are used only for tracking purposes as additional metadata. If you need your recipients to see and edit tabs, then you need to add/assign them to your template for every recipient through the UI.
You can have a look at this video (at 8:40min) on how to assign recipient fields that will be available and visible to your recipients.
