close button signed the document?

Question

I opened a document I received and when I clicked the Close button it went straight to saying I’ve signed it and all is done?? I didn’t intend to sign it at all?

For example, if you were assigned as a recipient who only needs to view or acknowledge the document, no signing action may have been required. The same applies to the CC’d recipient; no action is required, and once the document is opened or reviewed, it is considered complete.
