We are planning to allow adding up to 99 signers to an envelope

We have a developer account, but we find out that we have RECIPIENT_LIMIT_EXCEEDED when we put more than 15 signers
The error message is not entirely clear to me “You have reached the maximum number of recipients allowed for a single transaction. Please remove some recipients, or split them across multiple tran”. Too much users, or should we define our envelope differently ?

Is there a way to lft the limit to the theoretical maximum of 99 in order to test ?

Best regards

Hello @yves.benigot,

I received your message. Thanks for providing your account details.

I’ve checked, and that error is expected. Unfortunately, this limitation cannot be adjusted from our end. Recipient limits are automatically applied to some demo and digital plans. If your use case requires higher recipient limits, you may consider transitioning to the production environment,

We apologize for any inconvenience.

Understood, I will communicate that feedback.

The implication will be that large numbers of signers will be testable only in production.

Best regards,
