Access to employee's folders

Question

I need to have access to my employee’s folders so that I can take over time sensitive items if they are away from work. I thought that I had set this up, but I still can’t find a way to even view their folders.

thank you, that’s exactly what I was missing. Didn’t realize I had to select from a drop-down in order to see the shared folders.

Areyou able to switch to and select the employee’s account using the Shared access option in the upper-right corner of the Agreements page? If so, what happens after you select the account?
