I need to have access to my employee’s folders so that I can take over time sensitive items if they are away from work. I thought that I had set this up, but I still can’t find a way to even view their folders.

thank you, that’s exactly what I was missing. Didn’t realize I had to select from a drop-down in order to see the shared folders.

Just want to clarify. Are you able to switch to and select the employee’s account using the Shared access option in the upper-right corner of the Agreements page? If so, what happens after you select the account? Are the folders not visible?
If possible, could you also share a screenshot of what you’re seeing on your end?
