Hello, This is my first time using DocuSign. I have sent a release form to 15 recipients. I have received it so far from 2 but when I look at the document, both signatures and name fields are overlapped meaning I can see both signatures and names on top of one another. I've obviously screwed up something when setting up the form but not sure what I've done. Has anyone else had this experience or anyone able to assist? 

I uploaded a document and created all of the fields.  I marked that the Sender (Mandatory) complete specific fields.   When I test it, it only requires that I put the individuals to send it to and then sends it.  What step am I missing to make sure the document is filled out before being sent?

Hi, Everyone, how do you allow a signer to delegate signing to someone else? I cannot locate, nor recall what this feature/setting is called. Example: I send a doc for signature to the person I believe is the correct signer. However, the signer receives the request and needs to push to another authorized signer. Thanks for the help!

Is it possible to create a document for signature using a URL link rather than sending it to someone in an email? I want to incorporate the document/link into an existing registration form for an event.

I need to send 3 documents to someone, with a signature block on each document, but they are only allowed to sign one.  Is there a way to void the other two signature blocks once they choose to sign one? Thanks!

When I try to use the function to have the client sign the document...it is TINY? What happened? I also want to add text...but the text box is also Tiny and I can't type any text into the box??

In a radio button group I need to make two fields conditional following the single radio button selection. The new experience settings for radio button groups make this difficult to figure out. This is for a contract template where you have to select one of seven options and then provide two additional pieces of information about the selection that you made. This functionality was great in the previous verison of Docu-Sign. Please help!

I would like documents to appear as though they come from the company, not specifically from me. Is there a way to hide my name and/or email and replace it with the company name instead?

We are working on a solution that will get a mobile phone number from the user and pass it to DocuSign for sending an SMS validation code to. We would like to enforce the validation for the phone number, but I haven't been able to find any documentation on what the acceptable phone number formats are for DocuSign (e.g. with parentheses or not, dashes or not, country code or not etc).  Does anyone know where this information exists?

How do i cc another party when sending out documents

I have templates with a few data fields masked as date fields to be used for contract start and end dates. The entry format for those fields always defaults to MM/DD/YYYY regardless of the date format settings under Time Zone. I would like to have the custom date fields formated to look more universal like MMM DD YYYY (i.e. Oct 6 2015). Any idea how to accomplish this? Thanks!!

Hi I am getting an error when uploading a PDF document. The PDF I am trying to attach is a flattened version of the XML-based PDF that was created via Adobe LiveCycle. Here is the error I am getting - "We cannot process that PDF. Please ensure that file is not corrupted" But the PDF is not corrupted. It is perfectly fine.

Please provide the site where I can compress files so that I can upload to DocuSign.  

How are people handling extraction and storage of the(https://www.docusign.com/features-and-benefits/features) Authoritative copy for a completed envelope? The Authoritative copy is the single distinct absolute original version of a document that is unique, identifiable and unalterable without detection. I just found out about this specific requirement during a meeting with Legal. Based on what I've found online both through the guides and google, it seems like you can use an API call to extract it but you can't easily get it through the console. During a call with Support, it appears as if Authoritative Copy needs to be activated through your account rep. Though after speaking with legal, that seems like a large loophole in terms of auditing. If the Authoritative Copy is required for defense of any signature, and my account isn't even enabled to extract the Authoritative copy. How ca

Few months back, we have a case and the support team suggested there will be an update as the support engineer have been working on a new release to have a restriction for users not to have a DOT only as their signature.In the mean time we have raised the value to be 120 as per support  Set a Minimum number of pixels required to adopt a signature/initials to 120 however, we are still getting the users with the dots. 1. Is there a fix available to overcome this issue? 2. If we now enforce to adopt a signature feature instead, what will happen to the existing users? Do they need again to create a new signature?(I think it is required), but, that will cause a problem on 1000 plus users getting to redo their signature again. Please suggest. Thank you

Hi, My stakeholders would like to be able to change the who the sender display name is after sending the envelope. They would like to that the recipient would see the group mailbox name instead of the name the sender. Is this possible?

I was sent a 7 page document to sign, and was able to sign only the first page. Now, when I try to go back into the document to sign the other pages, nothing pops up to allow me to sign. How do I fix this so I can sign all 7 pages.

I initiate contracts from the account and ideally, when I set up a contract I would put in all signers and then cc a number of people. Is there a way to redact information in the set up so that certain ccs receive a redacted version of said contract, while others receive the whole thing?

I need to provide someone with a copy of a document that is signed but must redact some confidential information. Is there a way, outside of DocuSign, to do this using Acrobat? Currently, if I try I get a message "This document has been signed and cannot be edited". Thanks,

I'm trying to retrieve some documents to sign, but the email says I have to copy and paste the link I was sent to a new web browser in order to sign the documents. I can't figure out how to do it.  I'm taken to DocuSign when I click on the link, but I don't know what to do.  I'm new to this.  Can you help?  Thank you.
