How do I CC somebody that doesn't need to sign?

When you add a Recipient to an envelope, you should see a dropdown to the right which provides different Recipient Types, one of those choices is "Receives a Copy" (CC). I recommend always using the Recipient Order and if you want the Recipient to receive a copy of the completed document after final signatures are completed that Recipient who is set to "Receives a Copy" should be at the end of the order. Placement or order is very important.
