I am attempting to add a second document for signing to an envelope. I made a template for this second document that has all the fields I need. I add this document and use Choose Template from the Upload drop-down menu. But when I add it, it just gives me the original blank pdf, with no fields. Where did they go? What am I doing wrong?

Hello all, What workaround do you use with signature pages? I have users who need just a signature page and plan to merge it with the main document later. This requires the DocuSign to be broken which technically voids the document/signature. This is a constant occurrence that happens, and I am not sure how to advise when this is a constant use case. They want it eSigned first to get signatures. 

I need to docusign a document. I need to use my signature but another persons signature drops down. How do I create my own signature so I can be the signer?

Is there a way to pull up all the documents ever sent to your email from Docusign? The document isn’t showing and it was 4 years ago. 

Even after purchase order confirmation received, it says I have zero sends left!Please advise!Thank you!

 We are currently testing ID Evidence in our DocuSign account. In order to allow this to be used across the organisation, our compliance team need a short summary around where the ID Evidence data is stored to ensure our privacy policy is up to date and to satisfy a few other requirements. From the documentation we can see that it says it is stored in 'the DocuSign service' and only the sender can access. However, I can't see anywhere that refers to what the 'DocuSign Service' store is other than (for us in Europe) it's a data centre in the EU. Can someone help me explain in layperson terms where the ID data is stored, in what format, and how security is guaranteed? I have raised a support call a few days ago but I’m just being directed to the support pages, which doesn’t give me what I need, and this is holding back my testing now.

I have created an envelope and I wanted to add the signature prompts for my recipients. However, will Ipull up the draft, recipients do now show up.

I’m trying to include information in a template that I already know before sending it to the person I want to have sign it.  I’m not sure how to do this.  

When creating an envelope, is there a way to have all those that are labeled “receive a copy” to view the document before the signer? To clarify, I sent three envelopes that need to be viewed by everyone as well as the original signer. Please help. Thank you. 

I used to be able to send documents and then log into Docusign and sign all of the documents I sent out. Now I am unable to sign anything through my profile and I have to go to each individual email I get to be able to sign every document.This is time consuming, and would like to be able to again log into Docusign profile and sign all documents that I sent out to others. 

Is there any way to shrink the size of the signature box so that it is within the margin?

As an administrator, how can I access my employees files to look at, for an audit?

How do I obtain previously signed documents that were not downloaded?

I see that I can see this status under "Manage" and within the envelope but we are sending an envelope to 806 recipients today and we would need to see if the document was viewed.Thank you!

I electronically routed a document for signatures. Half of the recipients signed the document electronically, and the other half put pen to paper. How do I complete the esignature and release a completed document.

Once my client has signed and I have downloaded the document is it possible to delete the envelope without emailing the client.  This only confuses my clients.

Prevent users from forwarding completed envelopes: When selected, the 'Forward' option for completed envelopes is hidden in the sending experience.I've observed this configuration within the Admin Settings. Could someone please clarify where the forward option is getting hidden? It would be great if you could provide a screenshot for reference. 

Up until recently: we used to be able to create an envelope, add the customer details, click send and then "sign" the sections required. The tracker for the document, in "Waiting for others", would show the first step completed: 1/X, indicating that the sender "signed" their partNow... we do this, however: The document is in fact not signed (when you check in pending from others, tracker still shows 0/X)The tracker still shows 0/XWe now must go to the DocuSign email, review the doc and sign.How do we correct this to streamline the process and reduce the number of steps required?

I was hoping you can help me. I recently changed the owner of a powerform and when they tried to pull data data they only got it for the moment and time the owner was changed. If we need historical data with a different sender how can they go back and pull old data? Do I change the owner back to who was the owner with the historical data (2023).
