Requirement:After sending the document for Signature, the document is converted into pdf.After signature, we would like to send the document for External Review in .docx format. So that we can compare the redlined content.Is there any way possible to convert pdf into .docx format?

Hi there, I paid for a monthly subscription via Paypal, my bank account shows the transaction was successful, but my DocuSign account was not updated, it still asked me to pay. Logged out and back in a few times, but propbel was still there. Anyone had the same problem ever? Many thanks!Lin

Hi all,I am issuing a report to gain visibility over who initiated a Workflow. However, it is showing me Workflows initiated by deleted users. When I try to filter them out using the "Initiated By" filter, their names do not appear as they have been removed from CLM.Is there any way to avoid these deleted users from appearing in my reports?Many thanks in advance!

I just opened a personal account and am using DocuSign for the first time. I have a limit of 5 envelopes that I can send each month. Would anyone be able to tell me if this limit applies from the day I signed up? Or is it simply monthly, as in the 1st and last day of each month?For example, if I signed up on 3/29 and sent 3 envelopes before 3/31, do I get another 5 envelopes as of 4/1? Or do I only have 5 envelopes from 3/29 - 4/29?Any insight or assistance is appreciated. Happy holiday to all who celebrate! Best, Jordan

Hello, Im newer when it comes to CLM and Im having an issue with getting updated information from the Document that is getting updated by end users. How everything is setup:Form is completed by a user in Salesforce which we pass in field values that then merge into our CLM Document The new Document triggers the workflow to kickoff. Then we update Salesforce based on the document and the changes. We want to track changes made in the document with fields that we merged from salesforce. The issue:I have successful been able to update salesforce with hard coded data but when I try to pull the values from Params.TemplateFieldData.FieldName its not showing the updated value from the document its showing what was first passed into the Form at the start of the process. Any help would be much appreciated!

Hello.I have an interactive login (username and password) and now an SSO login; both using the same email address.  When I sign a document, it lands in my interactive account after signing but I would like it to land in my SSO account going forward.How do I make this happen?Thanks for any advice.PS: I have read the other threads that talk about the fact that I can’t merge the accounts; I am just looking for them to land in the SSO account going forward.

We are a school that was using Docusign for only two users. I’ve discovered that there is an option for non-profit pricing that can save us some money since we need to add additional users as we grow.  I understand in order for me to make the switch, I will need to cancel my current account and create a new one. I do not want to lose the data we currently hold in our accounts so what would be the best way to backup all the data/documents we currently have?  OR is it possible to just transfer all the information to the new account? Additionally, can I use the same email address for this new account?

How can I unvoid a document that voided due to expiration?  It was signed by 2 of the 3 signers.

Dear Community,In our company, the question arose as to whether it is possible to show all participants in a workflow which people are signing the document in total. As a downstream signer, you can see the signatures that have already been made, but the participants would like to know who will sign AFTER them.  This can certainly be intercepted by storing the names in the document itself, but I would be interested to know if there is a corresponding setting in DocuSign?Many thanks in advance for your answers and best regards,Katrin

I have signed up for the docusign personal account and therefore have 5 envelopes to use each month.My plan start date was 19/3/24 and since then ive used envelopes on 20/3/24, 27/3/24, 28/3/24 and 10/4/24 = 4 in total but docusign is now telling me that ive reached by envelope limit.. does anyone know why that might be?
