I would like to send a Bulk send with customized documents for each recipient. Is that possible? If not, could I share a standardized document and add a custom field to the template which would be populated by info that I add to the bulk CSV upload?

If i create a template and share it with other users, I am notified of its completion along with the document itself. Is there a way to prevent this happening? I am the admin and want to create templates to share with my user groups and not have them alter them, but for internal compliance purposes I should not have visibility to the completed documents themselves. 

We are a Non-Profit looking to streamline the process of visitors signing a Hold Harmless Agreement upon entering our facility.  I am looking to see if DocuSign has the correct format for us where we can upload a document and have multiple people sign the form without uploading it again and again.  Most forms will be signed in person but some will be sent in bulk groups.  Could someone assist with describing this process before we commit to the program?

I can no longer find the Manage documents tab that I used to find under ESignature when I log in.   

My company is under the original SpringCM platform and it sounds as though we would need to migrate over to the CLM.DS platform in order to utilize some of the new add-ons/tools. I tried finding information how what the migration would entail but haven’t found anything. Has anyone gone through this migration yet? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I have a business pro account, and I have the signer attachments setting enabled. But when I create an envelope or use a template, the option is not available to me. I have both settings turned on.What am I doing wrong?

How to download multiple envelops in one folder.  Instead of one envelop at a time.

Hi - I’m trying to downgrade to a free plan but all I’m offered are plans starting at $10 a month (Personal?) and up. I’m currently in a trial period for a business plan that I somehow ended up with by accident - I suppose I could wait until the 30 days are up but it seems silly that I can’t downgrade until then (or is that the design not a bug?).  What am I missing?Thanks

Hi!I have some documents that have two signers with different timezones and the documents are showing my timezone and date format on the “date signed” field for both signers.Is it possible to have different timezones and date formats in the same document? If yes, how do I set my account or the document so the “date signed” field shows the signer’s timezone and date format and not mine?Thank you!

Hi There, I tried several times but my signed documents do not show in my inbox, hence I can't download together with the certificate. Please help anybody. I am on a personal plan. Thx in advance, Michael

After logging into DocuSign, we noticed a new logo. After gaining access to my profile page, I am unable to gain access to the central DocuSign page where we would normally go, to upload documents for client signatures. It seems like all I have access to, are the setting options (privacy & security / connected Apps / ect). If someone could help out, and provide instructions on where to go to start a new DocuSign package to send out to clients, it would be greatly appreciated. 

Does DocuSign have a setting that would allow a user to set up a standard email signature so that every time they send an “envelope” for signing, the signature appears below the email message? We cannot use Templates because each document we send for signing is a custom generated form. When I say “email signature”, I mean:namecompanyphone numberemail addressetc.

Hello,I’m having trouble about my PowerForms when i send it to someone they always need a access code,I know they recieve the code from email but this doesnt work sometimes because of that can i remove the bypass the access code phase? thanks in advance

When sending a document for multiple signatures, once it has been signed by all parties can this document then be sent to all rather than just the DocuSign account holder?

I have a document with 3 checkboxes. When each checkbox is selected individually it will route to the correct signer. However, if 2 or more checkboxes are selected I need the document to go to Signer A and Signer B for approval and signature. I can’t get it to route to them both. After one signs the document completes.

If I change the password requirements for my organization, what happens to the current users who have a non-compliant password? Do they need to change it?

Hi, I’m an administrator for our company’s Docusign account.  I have just added a new user.  Customer rep told me that I would be sent an email to forward to new user to read, but I didn’t get.Is there a link or articles for new user I can forward it to him, assuming he’s never used DocuSign before and now has a user account to sign and send envelopes? thank you

We have a requirement to send the DocuSign reminders on behalf of other users from salesforce.Let us know if anybody got through a similar requirement in the past.

I have a separate legacy account that was suspended due to credit card expiration. This account is under an admin account that I do not have access to. I can still log in and have access to old documents, which is all I need from this account. Will I always have access to this information in my suspended account or is there an expiration date on it when I will no longer be able to see these old documents? 

Hello all, I sent an envelope with QSE standard but when I received the envelope back, on Adobe it said ‘Signed and all signatures are valid. Document was updated after signing. Open Signature Panel to view the document change’. Due to this status, it is not accepted with our stakeholders, however all signers have stated that they didn’t change anything and just clicked sign. This is now the case with several documents. Has anyone experienced this or know anything about it? Thanks!

I sign every field in a document and after clicking on Continue, I receive an error without much detail. I tried from two network, two browsers, multiple times. The document remembers my signatures, I just cannot “save” it. The error message is:There was an error signing your document(s).Please review and try again. If you cannot sign please contact support.(screenshot attached) It would be pretty urgent for me to sign this document.
