Good evening,

I tried to open a DocuSign document from sender but was unsuccessful, there was a code in the email for me to use to access document just in case linked did not work.

Can someone tell me where I put the code to access the document that I need to sign, please?

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide me.

Best,

Cookie

Go to www.docusign.com and there will be a link labeled "Access Documents" in the menu across the top banner of the page.

On that page, you'll be prompted to enter the security code from the email you received.

Cheers,

Michael
