Hi all, Is there a way to include a time stamp as part of the general fields? I cannot work out how to add a time stamp next to the date signed. Thanks.

Hi, I would like to know if it is possible for a recipient to cancel their signature as long as the sender has not signed it yet. I would also like to know how to access my trash, as I thought clicking delete would cancel my signature, but I found out that was not the case.

Hello everyone!I am generating a document using DocuSign CLM. I have a text box field in the intake form and am using a Rich Text Merge Tag in the Word template to display it.Is there a way to eliminate the extra spaces in the text box field within the document? For example, if the user accidentally inputs unnecessary spaces or paragraphs at the top or bottom of the actual content in the in the text box field.It would be a big help if someone could assist me with this.Thank you!

How do I obtain all my saved emails from my docusign database? Or access it to clean it up

We have been using a PowerForm for some time that has two pages (a termination form with sensitive personnel info, and a notice that goes to IT with information about the term). There is one “signer” (the manager completing the form) and one “recipient” (IT who just receives when completed). We have visibility set up so that IT only gets the notice, not the page with sensitive info. It works perfectly…We are trying to set up another envelope with multiple documents (offer letter, benefits information, background authorization release forms, pre-employment drug screen info, and a notice to IT about the new hire) with three “signers” and two “recipients.” In this scenario, I’d like for all the signers to only see the pages they have to sign, and the recipients to only receive the relevant pages (again, those without sensitive information). I cannot get visibility to work with this envelope when I set up the PowerForm and am reading that visibility shouldn’t work with PowerForms; however,

I had a real estate contract signed by a seller last week, and was getting to it today to sign it on the buyers said, and it now says the link is expired for security reasons, and it’ll resend it, but my email is not receiving another email from them. What should I do? I need to get this signed on my part.

I was completing some camp forms and saved to finish later.  Now they are gone.  When I try to reopen from the emailed invitation it says the forms have already been opened.  I press the yellow “Go to Signing” button and get an error message.  This has happened multiple times.

Hi, We have the eSignature Business pro with 1 seat, which I am currently using. We want another person to also use as well. But, without being able to see each other’s documents sent for signing. Is this possible by adding an extra seat and user? Or how can this be done?

AFTER MY TRIAL I PAID TO ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT. I PAID 15 DOLLARS, I RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION BUT THE PLATFORM STILL SHOWS A MESSAGE THAT I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN. NOW THE AMOUT THAT SHOWS IS 45. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND. WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN 45 MORE?  PLEASE HELP 😭  I HAVE TO SEND A DOCUMENT ASAP

When I’m listed to receive a copy from DocuSign, it’s not showing up in my completed list, is there a way to have this updated to where all documents show up in the completed file even if you do not need to sign?Thanks,Linda

My client signed a document through docusign that i´ve sent. The ICP-Brasil certificate was mandatory for the signing. So my client shouldn´t be able to sign the document without the certificate. Although he signed the document with the certificate, i can´t validate it through docusign. What are the possibilities for ICP-Brasil certificate validation through docusign?

Just wondering if anyone knows why docusign randomly changes the signing color.  I prefer the customer I’m sending the document to be in yellow however it sometimes randomly changes it to blue and I am unable to change it back.  Kind of annoying.  Nothing in preferences that I can see to set it. Also, Is there a way to increase the duration of inactivity where it logs me out?  Mine is set really short.  Sometimes it logs me out before I’m even able to take a phone call.  Also annoying.I’d appreciate any info. Thanks

Is it possible to revert to an older CLM Workflow? 

Is there a way to place fields at the exact same location on multiple pages using coordinates - without Drag and Drop or Auto place.For a 100 page document it is very difficult to add initial to all pages.Currently we are copy pasting on all the 100 pages. But we need an efficient method to add it in one page and specify the page range or select all pages where the initial gets applied.

I’m a signer of the envelop, and only receive email notification when envelop has been signed, but not when declined.  Any way I can also get email notification when the envelop is declined ?

We are wondering if “Needs to View” command has a certain condition to show under the “Needs to Sign” options.Our situation is “Needs to View” shows only using template. If we make envelop without template, there is no option there. So far, we can’t find any difference or something related this situation but template.We usually use this function before a signer who are representative of a company so that the representative can sign without considering because internal person checked before sign.It would be appreciated if you could let us know the reason. If this information is not enough I will add. I am trying to activate the Part 11 Module in my account, but I was not able to because this option does not appear to me under “Signing Experience” (I added a screenshot below). I am Brazilian-based and have life sciences clients in the USA, so this feature is quite important to me. I have read/watched all tutorials and couldn’t find a way to add this to my account. I do not use the local vendor support because the Brazilian team does not have a plan that suits me (I have the eSignatureStandard). How should I proceed?Thank you!
