I have created a template with 4 documents requiring multiple recipients to sign, use check boxes and text boxes.  The template contains all of the fields but when I try to send an envelope to a specific person which uses a personalized document in place of 1 of them, the template detected pop up doesn’t show up.

Last night, the first time I tried it, the window popped up. I noticed an error on 1 doc so I deleted and recreated the template.  Now the window does not pop up.  

Help please.

Try to change your templates matching sensitivity level.

 

Click on your profile initials(or photo) on the right top corner.

Select My Preferences

Select Template Matching

By default the templates matching sensitivity is 80%, you can decrease for 60% or 50%.
