+1Hi Everyone,
I am trying to create a hyperlink in one of my documents, I've followed the instructions and its showing in the custom fields for me to select, which is great but when I send the envelope it doesn't then show up as clickable link. It just shows up as box with the wording i put in. when I look at the tooltip the right URL is there. does anyone know how i can get this to work? its just a simple link to an external provider (occupational health) thanks in advance

If you followed that, it’s possible you’re facing some security blocks from your browser. Verify how your browser security settings are configured. Try for example to access the envelope using your mobile phone to test if the same happens. Try to user other browsers too.
