As an admin, I set up a user account for a co-worker, but I made a mistake his email address, so he never received the invitation to log in. I can’t change it because it is in Pending status, but he cannot activate his account because he does not have the email. How can we resolve this?

Hello
You can go to the user tab and open that particular user and in “Action” you can click to close.
and you can add new user with the correct email address.
