Can I send-a-document-using-bulk-send on my suppliers data base Excel file?

Yes, you can use a template and a CSV file with your supplier's information to send up to 999 envelopes. You can find more information here: Bulk Send From a Template (docusign.com)

Bulk send is available on the Business Pro plan and up.
