Is there a way to export a list of every envelope i have sent that includes recipients and title of envelope? 

I am new to Docusign.  I sent my first contract to be signed by a client in Sydney, Australia.  Subsequently i received notification my client had signed it - but the date and time were wrong. Night time the day before.  Must be west coast American time.  Can i have a certificate issued with the Sydney Australia time it was signed ?  i looked on the Docusign webpage but cannot seem to see an answer. 

My team wants to send the individual templates in the same folder at the same time to the same person without having to create a new envelope. What is the best way to merge these templates into one envelope?

I have an issue with my docusign account. All the forms are returning this error: Unable to load PowerForm signing process.Error: Something went wrong. Try again later.I already enabled the logs, you’ll find them attached. Thank you,Ariela  

I have created a template and added a document to it, however when I go to add the fields into the document my formatting is messed up. The document looks good when I upload it in my template, however, when I click next to add the fields, the formatting is wrong. I look at the preview and it is still wrong.

I have attempted to send two documents today, both to the same recipients. One is in my own office so I know our server is working, the other is gmail. I know the emails are correct however, both emails are failing to delivery. It just says “Delivery Failure” I have attempted several times and now believe it is not a problem with where I am sending them but actually an issue with our account. I have checked our subscription, it is active and has a card on file to renew later this month. I have cleared cache and cookies, and have tried on two different browsers, what else can I try?

I am trying to do a bulk send, where I want to prepopulate about 10 fields with customer information.  I have set all my data field names, however, when I do the bulk upload and download my CSV template the data fields I created are not there.  It has other names like access code and other that I cannot find when they tie to. Thanks for any help.

Do I have to upload every document I want to sign when I am the only signer?  I am not forwarding the document to anyone.

Hello! The Docusign admin for my company has set up shared envelopes for one of our employees with herself. This worked out well, but she was wondering if there would be a way to make it so that she does not receive email notifications for the shared envelops and instead only receive notifications for her own direct envelopes. I tried looking for information on this but it seems that shared envelopes are still quite new, and I was unsuccessful in finding anything on this topic. Is this possible?   

 When I am in the Inbox view, there is no Resend button. However, if I am in the Homepage which lists the last 5 items under Agreement Activity, I see the Resend button.How can I resend a contract that is still pending one signature if it is not listed on the Homepage?

Is there any way to a page to an existing envelope with an existing document without it being created as another document?

We have a group of users that are complaining that the envelope ID is showing on all their documents and they would like it removed. I see the option in the sender settings that’s already off (Enable including the Envelope ID on the document) it’s also greyed out so i can’t turn it on if I wanted to (I’m an admin btw). I also checked the template and don’t see the document ID on the document so I’m a bit stumped on where to go now. any guidance would be appreciated.

I signed a scam hotel reservation email (sender: royal-visit.com). Only found out today that this sender has nothing to do with the event I am attending and that the email was a scam. The signed document was a legitimate docusign envelope.I haven’t provided any credit card info. What should I do?

Hello!  We are just building/deploying our first PowerForm on our website.  When testing I noticed the Finish Signing Later option is grayed out.  Is this not an option with PowerForms?  I have been looking through settings and am not seeing anywhere to check a box.  I have also tried looking in documentation but all I am seeing is how to choose the option on the signing side.  I’m not surprised if I am just missing something in my search. Thank you! Wendi

Hello,right now I noticed my powerform only get the form questions of recipients before beginning signing, and these information is getting pushed to the generated envelope. Is there a way to add more form field to get these printed as well automatically at the correct placeholders they've been put? Instead of having the recipient completing this at the step 2 when envelope opens?Thanks

I am trying to implement a PowerForm signing workflow where the first signer specifices the second signer, the second signer specifies the third signer, the third signer specifies the fourth signer, and the fifth signer is constant. Each signer must also sign the document at each point in the workflow. I have configured the signing order as follows: 1   First: Needs to Sign 2 Second: Second (assign): Specify Recipients 3 Third: Third (assign): 4 Fourth: 5 Fifth: Known Signer name@email.com On the template, I have input only the role and left the name/email blank, except for the fifth signer, who is known. Hello. I receive documents from my team on Thursdays and Friday. For some strange reason I'm not receiving random emails from DocuSign on random days and at random times. Typically, at 1am through 3am in the morning. Any advice. Thank you for your time!

When a witness is to sign a document do they have to visibly witness the signer signing (say through facetime) or is the security on the computer enough to verify that the witness has witnessed the signature.

I have a situation where I have multiple documents going to the same person for signature in the same envelope. It appears that the signor has to click through each individual field to sign each document. So they are signing/clicking through 20 different times in the same envelope. Is there a setting or an easier way where they can sign one time but the signature and date fields get copied to all other signature fields in the envelope so they only have to sign/date one time instead of having to click through each of the 20 signature fields separately?

Hello, just starting to use Docusign, how can i access to the SMS authetication process?. or email authentication, it seems it is not included on my version, should i make the suscription process?, regards 

I want to send out a document that needs to have a correct received on date and signature, would it be possible in any way to have the recipient have to sign that portion of the document before the rest of it opens for viewing (maybe, if possible, to add an alert “this is only a received confirmation signature....”
