Watermark on files in certain folders

Is there a way to have separate (or none) watermarks for documents sent? In our corporation we have multiple departments making use of DocuSign for different reasons. Out Legal department would prefer documents with a watermark on them, while other departments need a different watermark, or no watermark on them. Is this possible?

Signing a document received by email that's already been Docusigned

Hello! I’ve received a document by email that was Docusigned by an external party. When I circulated the document internally for signature, it came back to me with a message ‘at least one signature is invalid’. Is there a way to obtain an internal signature on this document without invaliding the existing (external) signature? Thanks.

We have a podcast guest release form we want our guests to sign so that it confirms they give us permission to use their identity and to promote them in an episode of our podcast.I want to share this with my co-host so that we can both issue release forms for guests to sign via Docusign. I used to use FormSwift. When I was using FormSwift I could upload a document and fill out things like address, phone, name, all sorts of info. Not sure what is in the plan i got, but it seems all I can do is collect signature. Am i missing the obvious? Thank you

Is possible to hide persons who receives the copy of signed document from Power forms

Hi DocuSign community, I created DocuSign Powerforms, for new employees who wants company benefit - sport card - so they need to aggree that from salary there is a small compensation from employee side as well. Process is following - Employee go to URL form from intranet, he/she specifies in form his/her name and email address, and then document will come to his/her email with request for signing - where he will fill data and sign via Docusign - clicking on the link in received email. The thing is that I would like to hide from the form the persons who receives cc after this document is signed (colleagues in salary department - they only needs to got information, that there is new request)because now, newcomers can change email addresses of role Mzdové 1 and Mzdové 2 - what I do not want Do you have any experience or tips how to do it?

Setting order to pre-fill fields

I seem to recall that a previous version of DocuSign allowed you to number the fields so that you could proceed logically from one field to the next logical field (say from Address line 1 to Address line 2 to City to State to Zip code etc.), however I can’t seem to find where to set this up in the previous version. Does the current DocuSign have this ability and where would I enable it, please?

Issues with initials when signer is signing from their phone.

I’ve had several customers complain that they cannot fill in the INITIAL field when signing my sales contracts. When following up, every user was trying to sign from their smart phone. Customers signing from their computer do not experience issues. Has anyone else experienced this?
