Some word files (docx) do not show on the new template builder.  Some do.  I am not sure what makes a difference between the one that show and doesn’t.  What can I do to make sure all documents show on the template builder?

Thank you for your reply!  I have come to the conclusion that it stops showing when I copy words from other (perhaps somewhat old?) word files.  It might be happening because it is in Japanese.  When I created (typed) a whole new word file, it worked.
